In general: I like both gen and ship fic in about equal measure, and will read pretty much any rating. I like reading about found families and their dynamics, whether they're an adventuring group that's been together for a while now or a bunch of asshole superheroes that are trying to make things work. I like hurt/comfort, I even like breaking a character (Winter Soldier AUs are my brand at this point) for lots of angst, but my one solid caveat is that there has to be a happy ending. It doesn't need to be completely happy, but I just want everyone to be alive. I love everybody lives AUs bc I'm a wimp who can't stand major character death. I love AUs in general. pls feed them to me.
Smut-wise: the prompts should work just fine with or without smut! I am here for the Dynamic. that having been said, I certainly wouldn't mind it for the romantic pairings. I am v into ropes and bondage and a small hint of D/s. other than that, anything goes as long as all parties consent to it.

Winter Soldier AU - Leon successfully gets Ashley off the island, but he doesn't manage to get away himself before the cult captures him. years later, perhaps by the time of RE6 or so, there's a mysterious assassin with a reputation for brutal and efficient killings in play working for either the Family or Neo-Umbrella. Chris meets him in Edonia seemingly working for Wal-Mart Ada, and is struck by how familiar he seems. six months later, he runs into the guy again in an underground facility in Lanshiang, and in a brutal fight, unmasks him and is shocked to see: it's Leon, who doesn't remember him or Claire or anything else. what happens next?
AU where Leon gets into the RPD sooner, before the Spencer Mansion Incident. he and Chris hit it off right away - so well, in fact, that they start developing feelings for each other. when he hears that something's gone terribly wrong for the STARS team, Leon decides to go get them out. what happens next?
Chris and Leon get into a relationship and it's going strong when Leon gets a hard hit to the head, and when he next wakes up he thinks it's 1998 and he's late for his first day of work on the job. how does he react to finding out that it's been over twenty years since 1998 and his life is completely different from how he thought it might be? how does Chris react to this younger, more idealistic Leon? what happens to their relationship? how does Leon develop as a person once those twenty years have been wiped away, and how different is that from pre-amnesia? does he ever get those memories back?
where's Leon been since he was last seen in Vendetta? easy: he was undercover on a mission. the mission goes very awry, and Chris has to go save him from it. maybe even saves him from mutating bc he got infected with something? pls.
Leon/Ada
Tam Lin AU - Leon as Tam Lin, trapped in a court that will sacrifice him to hell because he was willing to sell his freedom to save a child under his protection, and Ada as Janet in a cloak of red come to save him (and also fulfill a couple other ulterior motives along the way). or: Ada as Tam Lin, trying to outsmart the court that's trapped her into working for them by enlisting someone she first underestimates into her plan, and Leon as Janet, who comes to save her because he can't turn his back on someone who needs him.
role reversal AU - Leon as the mercenary, Ada as the rookie cop turned government agent. how do things change? what stays the same? what drew Leon into this life and how has it changed him, and what draws him to Ada now? what drew Ada into working for the government? I will not lie, I would totally love to see what happens to their dynamic if you flip their roles like this—Leon in canon seems to just kind of shrug and accept that Ada's just gonna do what Ada wants to do by the time RE6 happens, but I can't see Ada in his role doing the same thing even by the time of RE6.
speaking of Resident Evil 6: AU where Leon takes Helena's advice and goes after Ada after all. what happens after that?
Claire/Ada
a roleswap AU for Claire and Leon where Claire meets Ada instead! what's the cover story Ada gives her? does Claire get taken in or does she suspect what Ada's up to? what does their falling in love look like? I always like to think Ada would be slightly more forthright with Claire, because Claire isn't one to immediately buy what Ada would be selling her, so she has to throw her a couple more bones than she does with Leon. does Ada even go with the FBI agent backstory when she saves Claire or does she come up with something closer to the original's "looking for my boyfriend" cover story? and how would this affect their relationship post-Raccoon City? is Claire the government agent instead of Leon?
Ada and Claire run into each other during an outreach TerraSave is conducting in Penamstan or Lanshiang or Edonia or Insert Made-Up Country Here. Claire decides to conduct an investigation into whatever's going on in the country, since if Ada is here then that must mean trouble's not far behind. somehow, this leads to the two of them trapped in the same underground lab together, and now they need to work together to get out. how do they accomplish this?
the plotline of the RE games, but Ada and Claire are dating the whole time. what changes? what doesn't? I wanna see how Claire handles dating someone like Ada, whose loyalties are almost always uncertain with the sole exception of the people she loves. how far would they go to protect each other? what happens if they're on opposite sides of a conflict? would Claire join RE6's cast?
Carlos/Jill
so! what were Carlos and Jill up to, in the aftermath of Raccoon City? there’s a lot of time in between RE3 and the next time Jill shows up, all the way in Umbrella Chronicles, so what did she and Carlos do in all that time together?
role reversal AU: Carlos as the STARS cop, Jill as the mercenary. what circumstances in their lives led them down these new roads? what are they like? is Carlos the one being stalked by Nemesis now, or does Jill manage to run afoul of Umbrella anyway and get a nigh-unkillable monster on her ass, with the only one she can rely on being a somewhat traumatized but still flirty STARS member?
Devil May Cry Dante & Vergil
“that day, if our positions were switched, would I have your life, and you mine?” roleswap AU from Eva’s death onward, where Vergil stayed in the house and Dante went to go play. what do they turn into, afterward? would Vergil start a devil-hunting business in Dante’s place? would Dante want to raise the tower for power, or just to get his mom back?
brotherly bonding while in hell and also trying to find a way out! maybe they started working on a friendlier rivalry on the Qliphoth, but they really have to talk out their issues somehow. also, I'm kind of a sucker for road trip movies, so that vibe would be nice.
I also want to see post-DMC5 action/adventure. Vergil gets out of hell first, but Dante makes him leave him behind bc of like, some kind of heroic last stand/sacrifice type of thing against maybe Mundus or some other huge demonic threat. so Vergil gets everybody on board to go rescue Dante, and meanwhile Dante’s getting put through the same treatment that Vergil went through when he became Nelo Angelo. can they get to him in time? if they don’t, can they save him from what he’s become?
Dante & Nero & Vergil
for whatever reason, Nico is unavailable to drive the DMC van for a big job way out of town, so Dante volunteers and drags his twin brother along with him. they can't simply portal to their destination with the Yamato for some reason as well, so the Sparda boys are all stuck in the same van, possibly having to stay in the same crap-ass fleabag motel room, for days on end until they get there. that's right fellas: ROAD TRIP MOVIE. what kitschy tourist attractions do they stop by on the road? what are the fights over the radio like? who insists on sticking their phone or iPod or whatever into the radio and subject everyone to their atrocious music taste or like, an NPR podcast? tell me EVERYTHING.
AU where Dante finds Nero early and ends up raising him as best as he can, adopting him as well. how does Vergil react when he comes back and realizes that Nero sees Dante as a father figure? how does Nero deal with the fact that the person who adopted him most likely did not tell him the whole truth about his heritage? shit, would Dante have even told Nero much about Vergil?
post-DMC5, Nero enacts a rescue mission into hell to save his family.

something involving poetry. Vergil clearly has a special interest in poetry, especially William Blake’s stuff—what about Nero? what kind of poetry is he into? do they bond over it? does Nero, in a bid to understand his father a little better, start reading poetry himself? I bet he does. I bet he actually tries to get Vergil to broaden his horizons a little more. my own personal headcanon is that Nero is responsible for buying Vergil chapbooks and subscriptions to various literary magazines, in an effort to get him to read more contemporary poets.
Kyrie/Nero
role reversal AU where Kyrie is the illegitimate daughter of Dante (who is a little freaked out about that) and Nero is a human knight in the Order of the Sword who is deeply in love with her.
I once saw art of Kyrie at Eurovision so now I want supportive Nero helping Kyrie get there. she is so nervous about appearing on TV for the very first time on a National stage and Nero is just like, you can do this! you’re gonna smoke them all! cheering her up when she feels down and if/when she wins he’s the one cheering loudest of all in the audience.
I truly adore that Kyrie and Nero are apparently foster parents now. please tell me about their adventures in looking after kids. please.
Critical Role Molly/Caleb
class swap AU where Molly is the wizard and Caleb is the blood hunter! how does that change things for them? what are their backstories like in this 'verse? how do they connect with each other? I would love to see how Molly would fare with magic, and meanwhile magic is such an ingrained part of Caleb in canon that I'm curious to see what he's like without any. is he still the cause of his parents' deaths? was Lucien some kind of blood mage, and Molly's stuck with that and making the most of it?
Molly as a private investigator, Caleb as the mysterious client with a dark past who swoops in with a dangerous yet irresistible case. alternately, Caleb as a worn-down private eye and Molly as the mysterious client, or criminal contact. give me something comparable to either Jessica Jones or the Maltese Falcon!
fusion AU with any romantic comedy you can think of! the catch is that their backstories have to be as intact as possible - changes to account for changed setting would be fun, but I want to see the main beats preserved. I would love to see how absolutely messy a rom-com plotline like in You've Got Mail would get if Caleb still started the fire that killed his parents and Molly's still an amnesiac whose past is going to come and bite him directly on the ass. I think it would be so fucking funny.

I'm ngl I just want a Threeleafs AU. sibling brawls and bickering are my favorite thing.
I have been playing a shocking amount of Saints Row so now I want a Saints Row AU featuring these guys. Molly, Kingsley, and Lucien leading different gangs, but Molly’s crew is the Mighty Nein, who are shockingly good mercenaries despite the fact that they come off as silly little bumbling fools, and who don’t really have a leader more than they just kinda started sticking together bc they liked each other. Kingsley definitely slots the best into the Boss role for the Saints, and if his crew is literally just the Third Street Saints with barely any changes I would absolutely adore you for it. Lucien runs the Tomb Takers, who are a terrifying new gang moving into the Saints’ territory with sinister intentions. feel free to get Wild with this, I know Saints Row does.
someone accidentally pulls some dunamancy shit, and now Kingsley has to deal with Molly and Lucien on his ship. except - Molly's a wizard from the circus? and Lucien's running his own criminal empire in the Gentleman's place? what the fuck is going on. meanwhile, Molly and Lucien are more than a little freaked out to be in a timeline that is significantly different from their own. what happens next?
Aldreda & Molly
while I have Some Problens with the Nine Eyes of Lucien, what hurt the most was Aldreda and Lucien just…not getting the screen time that their fraught relationship deserved. so let me see Aldreda meeting Molly, and having to deal with the fact that her brother doesn’t remember her! does she regret what she said to him? does she mourn him?
shockingly: Devil May Cry AU, sorta! Aldreda, instead of marrying someone she used to work for, decides to start a business helping people and hunting down monsters. she and Lucien end up clashing hugely bc they have sharply different and opposite goals, and she narrowly ends up winning over him. he leaves her swearing to come back stronger and kill her for her betrayal before moving on to bigger things, like the Somnovem, so when she sees what looks like her brother hanging around her new group, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

identity reveal! I love the delicious angst of this, yes, but I would especially love it if you did it in a very comedic way. I know everyone and their mom has probably done the Mr. and Mrs. Smith take where they’re assigned each other to kill/neutralize, but it would be exceedingly funny if instead they stumbled on each other on the same job by Complete Accident.
related to the above: they’re on the same job but they don’t even clock it until it is too blindingly obvious not to, bc Yor is desperately convincing Loid that she’s just here to pick up groceries from a store and Loid is desperately convincing Yor that he’s making a house call to a patient who is asking for his special concussive therapy.
post-reveal date! except it goes hilariously wrong the way superhero dates tend to go wrong: bc Bad Guys suddenly hold up the restaurant they’re having their dinner in, or something along those lines. now Yor and Loid have to dispatch the bad guys of the week without breaking their own or each other’s covers, which is doubly difficult bc they were on a DATE and they left their weapons and psychic daughter at HOME.

this Red Circus arc has me on TENTERHOOKS. please. just a little soft hurt/comfort afterwards. Anya’s been a brave little baby for this whole arc and I just need her to be hugged by her parents and given hot chocolate and a day off school.
Anya grows up to be, shock of shocks, a reporter. how do her parents feel about that? they’ve been working in lies for a very long time, and now Anya is working in bringing the truth to light. how do they feel about the irony of that? (also, if you can get a little epistolary with this that would be really swell.)

Assassin's Creed Alexios & Kassandra
NOTE: fine with Deimos being either one. my playthrough was a Kassandra playthrough, for what it’s worth.
AU where both Alexios and Kassandra fell into the Cult of Kosmos, but one of them broke out and dragged the other one with them. now they’re adults with the scars of the Cult still on their psyches, and fate is coming for them.
AU where they both make it to modern day somehow! I personally think that the Heir of Memories storyline was a bit suspect (and didn’t even pan out wtf), so maybe they’re made immortal a different way. I just would like to see their fraught sibling relationship over the millennia and how they end up drawing back together bc like, shit, there’s really nobody else left from their time to talk to who knows the things they know.
Deimos has scars from when they were in the cult. their sibling helps them out and they end up comparing scars and bragging about them/making up stories about how they got them.
